Was bought a pair of these for Christmas by my other half (at my request). I'm logical with these things, getting new summer gloves in winter and a pair of Gerbing heated gloves last summer. Anyway....

As per the link above (except mine came from GLF), £65ish incl delivery for one of the best fitting and made gloves I've seen. Made all the A* ones I tried on (inclduing SP1, GP+ & GP Pro) seem cheap in comparison. They are also extremely comfortable to wear, with no creasing around the palm, and being kangaroo skin, they offer excellent feel due to their thinness on the palm, without loosing out on abrasion resistance.

Would I recommend them? As Churchill would say.... "ooooh yes"!

they look really good, what's the size fit like on them? i don't have particularly big palms, but long fingers, so finding some that fit right can be tough.

Problem is I don't like to buy gloves off the net, sizes are wrong and hard to judge without trying and most places I've used before get funny if you open them

I recommend all Halvarrsons gear. I've got a grafitti jacket and two pairs of their gloves. The last pair of gloves survived a good scrape down the tarmac, and only just scuffed the leather that covers the hard knuckles. Good for another day.

I've only got fairly dainty hands full stop. They fit me well, but I guess that is no guarantee that they won't fit anyone else.

I can't imagine that would be a problem trying them on once bought and returning. If anywhere ever did get funny, you have always got the distance selling regs to fall back on. I can't imagine GLF needing such an approach however, their customer service seemed very good.
