Thanks for the replies, but its all sorted now.
I sold an item on the bay and received paypal then the buyer did a claim back for the item. he said I could collect it but he is in Colchester. i was going to give the item free to anybody who went to collect it rather than be ripped off by the buyer and paypal. But its resolved now.
