This is just a rant to let of some steam because i have so much work to get done by tomorrow and it takes so long im going to be up all night writing and learning lines! who would of though a career in performing would be so writing intense.
been up since 7 this morning just constantly writing and i just can't be bothered anymore :( tomorrow is my last day and i can't wait, then i get to face my next dilema of having finished college and not knowing what to do with myself...
and my internet is playing up...possibly most stressed i've been in ages! i don't know how the rest of you my age cope.
im also aware while typing this i could just be writing more coursework to get it done but get over it!
/rant

TazDaz where in basingstoke are you! i think i have seen you once or twice at brighton hill roundabout! lol
I'm over in Old Basing. You may have done, but I'm not there that often so might be someone else. I don't really use that roundabout during the week!

Know how you feel, my ICT coursework I did this year was ridiculous, I still think with the amount I did and quality of written work I probably didn't get what I as expected to get.
Next, you have no plans.. looking for a job, uni?
i dont miss my college days, least i got a qualification out of it all though|!

yeah i see that plus to it, just think about the time off you have and when you work you'll only have 6 weeks maybe holiday a year off, where as in education you have 12 :)
Same boat, but ICT course work :( ive got 4 first hand ins 3 seconds hand ins and more 2nd hand ins that i havent seen yet, all to be done by next week, joy!
I feel sorry for the people who have to mark all this coursework.
Hope you manage to get all the stuff done, GenBub:)

We just got told get it right first time, although I don't think my "teacher" has managed to teach a great amount this year, revising turned into learning!

Yeh I know what you mean, well its why I did A levels individually per course not like a BTEC, I'm good at ICT outside of college, just when it comes to all the written balls about MIS and CIS its all pants.
I did a placement in ICT, it was good (some of the offices I visited had some top people working with, and some very pretty ladies), just office job in ICT has lost very much appeal, so I've decided Business & Marketing at uni for a change of scenary as I achieve better in business than I do in ICT, and more interesting :) .

If you are considering university, think long and hard. Personally, I wish I had got myself a job, learnt a good trade and then, by now, i could have a house and a morgage. Instead im up to my neck in student debt - its alot to consider.
Good luck with everything

I've not made any absolute decision yet, I'll wait till my results I have 2 months to think about what to do if I don't go.
I plan to commute as accomodation is expensive, plus cost of living and don't really want the mass amount of debt, tuition fees are paid back over time.
Its a hard choice, when I have 2 of cloest mates who earn well in excess of £2k a month at the same age as me.
Im not going to uni
decission made :D

I need to get saving if i want to go to drama college etc can cost anywhere up to 12grand a year, which is stupid, and im not going to make parents even attempt to help. thats if i decide to try, im at that point now where i don't even know what i want to do, have a part time job so money coming in, but don't want to spend rest of my life there.

12 grand!
I think my tuition fees are £3250 for a year, 32weeks, 15 hours per week I believe, not overlly worth it...

yep thousands of people apply for drama schools when there is only say 40 places available, its costs around £40 to audition each time, if you get in without a scholorship your looking to spend out around the 20k mark for a 2 year course that includes everything though living expenses bla bla, on average, if your careful you could proberly save a bit but still.. more than anyone would care to pay.
