Big D's

I will be going to Halifax tomorrow to see the parents for a week.
Could anybody tell me good/bad times to visit Big D's as I may as well see what it's like while I am up north.
Also going to visit Cat and Fiddle sometime in the week.

Good times to visit would have been about 6 months ago, I reckon - they closed down earlier in the year.

big d's is still going somewhere in halifax. its moved afaik 21st theres a show at the peace hall

BigDs is now open in the Wheatley of HX area, but only on a Tues and Weds night. Darren has another pub called MacMillans. Personally I won't be going down there, its in the middle of a residential area anf I think its not a very good idea to have reopened it there.
