I would like to borrow some web space to say a very big 'THANK YOU'!!
DD, his brother and Stu have once again revisited the 'House of Horrors' and repaired a burst water pipe, the damaged flooring and the damaged ceiling!
You are my heros and I really don't know what I would have done without you!
I would also like to mention previous heros who helped fix the place up a few years ago, I will still never forget that act of kindness...namely:
Tara and Falc
Fizzy Fish and Etienne

Stu

By the way, for those of you who know who rents it now....
I was speaking to her the other day and after DD told her that we were all bikers, I was suprised that she was interested in coming for a rideout with us!

Except that the lounge ceiling fell in on Saturday..or was it Sunday?
Fortunately you know who was very understanding and none of her Gucci stuff got damaged when it leaked into her suitcase (she had just come back from her holiday and turned the boiler back on and bang...)
Even more fortunately DD's very talented brother has fixed it, he sent me the pics today, and even better, the artexing is now gone....sorry but I was never a fan!

It was saturday that the ceiling fell down about 15 minutes before I got there!
Luckily her £3k dress was hung up the other side of the room :smt119
Got home about 7pm tonight which is a long day for me ;)
That bathroom still makes me cringe/retch

Saw the end of it.
Just a bit of a shock to the system, i'm only used to having to work for a couple of hours a day ;)

It would be rude for me to disclose her identity since she is my tenant, however she is exceptionally pretty in my opinion and if she decides to come on a GM rideout then the boys will just have to come along to see who it is!
