Vstrom 650 misfire & FI problem

Hi - any clues what might be causing my Vstrom 650 (2007) to misfire at low reves, idle at variable revs, and occasionally fuel injection warning (intermottent FI flash on lcd) - had the bike serviced today at non-franchise dealer without diagnostics - they spent 30 mins checking all electrical connections, plugs, coil etc without success

link into dealer mode and check for anything. Also isn't 2007 still under warranty?
