Since the ORG is such a diverse place I wondered if there were any Enter Shikari fans out there?
Just got the new album today and it's amazing.
Bit different to their devut album but it's still bloody good. If not better.
What do you guys who have it think?
Also if you haven't heard it they covered Kid Cudi - Day N Nite on Live Lounge. Can be found on the Radio 1 website. Again - amazing.
is that the bird that sings about getting her breasts confussed with mountins?
They're alrite. Depends what mood I am in. I have not heard all there first album - just a select few songs.
Lots of similarities between old and new album? I might give the new one a DL and see what it's like

I used to quite like that song, a while ago when it came out, but now it gets on my tits.
Will keep my eye out on Shikari

Saw Enter Shakira;) last year at Tin the Park. On before Ocean Colour Scene , my 45yr old mate jumped into the big circle pit, and got a pasting, "I remember the days when they used to pick you up!" Hilarious. I was standing next to some 30 yr old OCS indie fop who had never seen moshing/slamming, he seemed genuinely shocked and concerned, poor sod was having a whitey. "Why!? Why!!??"
Good live band , had heard one single, enjoyed them very much. Better than a (glow) stick in the eye.
They're on tour just now/very soon.
Theyre doing a gig in Dundee which I may attend.
Reasonable band lyk.

I saw them at the Leadmill in Sheff. Confined space + ace screamo band + lots of emos = best gig I've ever been to.
Crowd surfing and mosh pits FTW.

I've looked at theire gigs they have lined up and they've got a few planned before Leeds/Reading so I reckon their proper tour will kick off after that.
Emo girls are filthy.
Fact.
And I like peircings and tats.
And the interesting lack of clothes they wear..
Why do you think I go? :)

About 3 years ago I had a gig with Enter Shikari and they turned up half an hour after doors. They didn't get any soundcheck so I just had to busk it but from the off it sounded awesome. I am not really into that kind of music but I thought it was amazing. Turned to my mate who loved the band and said this is the future, electro metal!! I was wrong about the metal bit but it was still amazing live.
yeah, really want to see them...
Their video for Sorry You're not a Winner looks amazing..
Wish I was there..

While emo girls are filthy I don't think they're goth enough.
I'm reminded of the South Park with the goths vs the 'vampire kids', per se.

The good old piratebay allowed me to hear this album about a month ago, and i really like it. I think its better than take to the skies.

Magnum, I too think it's ace. It's got some different elements to the first one.
Bit more electronic stuff in there.
We can breathe in space is good as well.

They come from Herts and have done a fair few shows (before they were famous) in Hitchin which is where a bunch of my mates live. I don't think they're as good as some people say but they're alright :p
