On a walk along the river yesterday eve, we found a man who had clearly not realised the Thames was tidal and parked his car in what turns out to be a rather inconvenient place.

It is possible to spend an afternoon marooned in the pub. Then you can leave the pub and pause to watch the numpties who can't read, come back from the shops & wrestle with the decision "Do I wade out now or wait till it goes down a bit"

I used to go out wiht a girl who lived in Putney and the same thing happens there. Oh the fun of watching their faces as they return to see the roof and boot of their car sticking out the water :lol:

i now that part of london, theyd have to have gone in pretty far to leave car there... infact you wouldnt want to park there... sure it wasnt handbrake fail?
