Yesterday Mr Von Teese and I went to the BikeKraft day (his suprise) at Silverstone. It is run by Northants police, Northants County Council, Silverstone and the IAM and is mostly a training and assessment day.
It is like a BikeSafe, but free!

Loads of my friends from work there, so we had a good laugh and an absolutely brilliant time!

There was a slap up breakfast, lunch and drinks all through the day.
Got loads of freebies...also I learned so much and am exceptionally more confident, so I think I want to do much more on the bike that I have done in the past.

To top it all the police and the IAM had a prize for the person who 'won' overall on the day, this included all the timed events etc.

I am proud to bask in the reflected Glory of Mr Von Teese (and spend his Hein Gericke vouchers for him too ;)) Congrats :smt055

However one thing that did make me want to kill them is that they liked his riding so much that they want him to race now, so that means getting a track bike.....aargh! Another bike...God help me!!!

Oh well the police race in Belgium next year is on the cards then!

Well the bike side of the IAM up here are all young and fun, when I was lead back to the main area by one of the young lads after the slow riding bit, it was met with hooting and jeers of 'if he takes you somewhere that looks abandoned, dont stop' they all seemed loads of fun.

'Twas a typo Mr Smarty pants and now is corrected, thank you!
