on approaching the quay on holes bay road (50mph dual carridgeway) the road goes from 50mph to 30mph coming up to a set of traffic lights.

These lights have cameras fitted to catch red light jumping.
These cameras have been upgraded to act as "red light jump - green light speeding" and will be active as of 1st july. only thing i'm not sure about is if they have been replaced in both directions but assume that they have!!
