Price me - CBR125 -R4

Firstly - apologise if this is in the wrong place!

I have a CBR125 - R4 on an 04 plate in red and black.

It has 9595 miles on the clock.

I am keeper 4.

It has had 4 dealer stamped services - last one at 4230 miles.

New Pirelli rear tire at 7632 miles, and a new chain and both sprockets replaced at the same time.

It has 1 R & G crash protector (other one got used!)

Oxford heated grips.

Parkers value this bike in good condition at £1,385 and poor condition at £860

I have had an accident on it, pulled the front brake only to do an emergency stop, bike then went to land on the top most fairing, smashing the fairing and slightly bending the frame behind it.

I replaced the fairing, and it lines up with all the bolt holes so the frame isn’t that badly out.

I also have a spare top and middle fairing (one side only), an original indicator ( £50 from dealer!) and a mirror.

The bike has been sitting in a garage on a stand (rear only) since Nov 2007, needs a new battery, possibly a front tire and definitely a service.

What kind of price am i looking at asking for when selling this bike?

With a bent frame it's probably worth like £400 lmao

Hmm, maybe. If the frame of the bike itself is fine then maybe you're looking at hmm £700 as it is and maybe £1200 if you can fix it etc.. since the service is just plugs and oil/filter do it yourself for like £20 for the cost of parts

Its the frame that holds the headlights etc, not the main chassis for the bike!


Asked a guy for £700 already and he was asking for a lower amount - The guy runs a motorcycle repair shop but seems to also be doing some buying repairing and selling on the side - mainly scooters.
