Like the title says , i joined this forum in the hopes of buying a SV650 but settled for a 1984 Honda Nighthawk 650 and i've been doing some restoration on it for the past 7 months or so and just finished it and thought i' share some pics with you all ......

Ohhh She also glows in the dark (don't have pics yet as i need another camera ...whenever my next bonus comes in) ...but here is what i've used to paint the clear coat with , this should give you a good idea and she does look gorgeous at night

Love the ceramic pipes, thought you folks over there loved your chrome!?;)

Are they easy to keep how they look in the pic, ie mint?

I never forget a friendly person, welcome back! Bike looks great! far better than the original. Cosmetics aside, was there alot of work to be done to the bike?

I wanna see it glow in the dark. I'm curious what glow colour you went for.

And i love the idea of glow in the dark paints. I wonder if i could use it to paint my lid??? Hmmm.

As long as you prep them correctly and remove all of the chrome the ceramic will hold up for years

Yep glow in the dark ....i am loking to buy a camera from e-bay that is you tube ready like the Casio Exilim

Thank You and yes it was a lot of work and special ordering parts that are not being made anymore but it was a blast and a learning experience i'll be able to apply in the future
