Side stand cut out switch

Does the switch just lie inside the frame or does it clip onto some kind of bracket? As theres a bit on the connector as if something else goes onto it.

I haven't noticed a bracket on any I've worked on, on the connector.

Make sure in front sprocket area it is tucked away and not likely to get eaten by the chain though. There is a plate with tabs, and a flexible metal clip IIRC.

Thanks its just the parts drawing shows a clip on some models inside the frame so i thought the connector might have hooked onto it thanks Cammy ;)

you could use cable ties to secure it to something if your worried its to loose.
