Ok following on from Daimos new bike thread I thought I would do a poll to see which people prefer the standard Tre (Daimos green and silver) and the higher spec RS (mine red).
Just for a bit of fun

Oh aye thats what they all say  lol
How easy is it to feel the benefits of the lightweight wheels and I guess uprated suspension? Your top yoke looks really nice, but you ave to be up close to see that.
A Tornado that's not green & silver is like a yellow Duc :puker:
;)
Well i've ridden my dads LE, which is all carbon fibre, magnesium engine casing, mag wheels etc.. That feels much lighter to flick around so the RS shouldn't feel much heavier than that.
Green and silver, cant put my finger on why though

I would go for the hardware of the RS, but the green / silver colour scheme.
Pity that doesn't fit the poll.

Nar- the red one imo.
Have to ask a (possibly naive) question-
What do those fans do?
A) Look bling
B) Pull more air past the reg/rec
C) All of the above
D) None of the above (please elaborate).
Answers on a post to the above address please!
Nice bikes, mind...
The radiator is under the seat. so they are normal radiator fans, only on when hot.

green/silver is stunning. as a paint scheme

Function over form every time for me though. Marchenisi, Radials, whatever the sussies are, and that top yoke's pretty enough for me to choose the RS, (money no object)

Marzocchi forks and Extreme Technology rear shock
Strange thing is mine has OZ Racing stamped on the wheels  whereas Benelli Uk does say it's got Marchenisi wheels in the specs

yeah the same old question "show or go", to be fair both bikes should handle well enough, but if you're going there I suppose you alt to go all the way.

My bike has Marzocchi forks as well. ;)
Looked on the Benelli website and it looks the normal 903 Tre has Marzocchi forks as well.
I would go for a green/silver Tre LE with Ohlins like Daimo's dad's

Sorted for you ;)
The LE isn't an option in the poll, Duhhhhhhhhh

haha, i was expecting somone to post a generic pic of a Tornado, in the air or something, and then you go and trump that idea with a pic of you sitting in one! Jealous much? Me? Giz a go in your plane please mister.
Anyhoo, back to bikes.....Well i have a red n black bike so obviously DD's bike looks more "right" to my eye.
However i did have a silver/green one pull up next to me at the lights and i looked it over for so long i think i made the guy on it feel a bit uncomfortable. And i missed the lights going amber, lol.
That yoke is very nice. Me want one.
LE was £24k though, unlike ours.... They are down to £13k, one or two left....
Mine was £12k to start with, but now about £6k brand new. Only a couple of green n silver left, but a few all red and silver/black ones.
RS, actually im not sure how much they were. Think they are £7500 new still.
DD, my wheels are Brembo items. Although you seen that guys new Carbon wheels he's fitting on his... Dribble!!!!!! All that carbon becoming available.
My banks gonna love me

I've seen a few new RS up for £6999
Hmmm very strange with the wheels, mine are definitely OZ Racing and yours are Brembo yet the website says they're Marchenisi

green and silver one for me, would look a lot better if it had the top-spec equipment on that one too.

Bet you can't tow that to the AR
i voted red as it has more bling but do like the colour scheme of the green and silver. But would I rather have a top of the range car or a fiesta with a nice paint job? lol
OoooOoOoo DD your loosing :p

What, no steam train?
I thought this was the tornado thread? I will only get relegated to a ****ing contest over italian styling, or lack thereof.
Steam Train?
As for styling :p :p
