Apparently, their newly revamped online customer portal has gone down again.....

Can you attempt to login & email me a screen shot of hte login error please!

Just tried to login and getting nothing but waiting for the website to respond. Not even an error message!

Rubbish.
Spent 20 mins with them on the phone this morning when all I wanted to say is "Please send me a new cheque book"
Sorry. Not helpful. & I can't get in either - though internet here is rubbish atm so it could be that...

I tried to log on last week and failed, then got locked out. Ended up calling a helpful chap in India who pointed out that instead of adding the last four digits of my card (it's ALWAYS been the last four) it actually now said the last seven... After that it worked fine. Was probably Tuesday last week.
