Im after a reg reg, fairly quickly and cheap.

Any ideas.

Ebay cbr600 reg rec second hand about £30. Does the same job as a new one if not better...but for longer until it next blows up. Alternatively a new sv one is about £70 or a japanese ok aftermarket cost me about £55. I got mine from 'bitz4bikes'(?) in doncaster after deciding I needed one within the hour.

Infact have you put a multimeter on your battery to see what it's charging at and what the alternator(?) output is before it hits the reg/rec? Best double checking before you splash out. The battery's pretty new right?

Aye did the test as per haynes and it says its the regrec thats gone :( i think. I tried the resitance thing but couldnt really get owt from it.
