Any off is scary, esp your first one. You were lucky. It doesn't sound like it will take a lot to repair. How are you in yourself? Foxy :grouphug:

Well done! That gets it out the road (so to speak) early doors. You'll screw the nut on a bit more cos you know how much it hurts. (Well at least till your healed up)

I looped my 1st bike in 2weeks after CBT, just left standing in the road though. Took another couple of weeks till I hit the deck after a lowside turning left.

You'll look back and laugh. No really. You will.

When I was 17 I came off five times in two weeks.

I was laughing then. Well, for the first four, anyway.

Glad your ok and wasn't too serious. As others have said get back on as soon as you can. I've had two minor offs: first one, broke two fingers due to a woman breaking heavily at a set off lights that were on GREEN! The second one was on the hardy bikers rideout where I ended up looking like a turtle that had been rolled on it's back ( legs and arms waving in the air whilst trying to get up ). I learnt alot from those two experiences.
Stramasher is right, you will laugh later.

Live and learn...

My very first off was putting my V90 with a stuck between a 6ft retaining wall and a 6ft fence that were 2ft apart. The neighbour across the street saw the whole thing and was still in hysterics when he came over to help pull the thing out.
