Bets place for old dance tunes is Soulseek (http://www-soulseek.org/?t=slsk1E) Some real old ravers on there and some really find to hard stuff too.Some peeps wont share thier stuff unless you ask them and take it badly if you just attempt to download it i found.
Read the rules and its pretty easy.

I used to love Happy Hardcore around 1993-1996 (went to Helter Skelter, Dreamscape etc) but then for me it all went a bit downhill :(
