So I am on my bike this weekend but workig so have specific places I need to be which whilst I know how to get there would like help planning a more pleasent and entertaining route.

So starting from Northampton

Saturday I need to be in Weston Park, Stafford TF11. Need to be there for 3pm ish. So does anyone from around here know some good roads to check out near here?

Hmm Pete and Lissa have a very good way round Birmingham I think, A5, to Rugely I think it is them I can't remember...

EDIT: Oh by the way, Harlestone road is okay too :) But also you could try Welford Road up to Husbands Bosworth then along the A5...

I don't really like the Welford Road. Its a bit patchy if ya know what what I mean?

:) So basically do all the good roads round here then M6 it all the way. Now why didn't I think of that?

Haven't done much with the route West of the M11 - not roads I know I'm afraid.

BTW - Do you have a SatNav ? If so, what software does it use ?

Supervox I don't have Sat Nav. I use the age old method of licking my finger and holding it up :)
