What grease to use between plastic and alu?

Copperslip ok? Lithium? Will be in a shielded environment with little access so must last.

The fact you feel the need to grease it would suggest it is a bearing surface, ie the components move relative to each other, so never ever copperslip. especially with two such soft materials.

Quite, big thing to remember is that copperslip is not 'grease' but anti-seize. It can create a fair bit of wear if used as grease.

Lithium based grease, general purpose, good for most automotive applications such as wheel bearings etc. works across a wide temperature range. should be found in all workshops

Your description of the application is too vague to get a really useful recommendation.

What is the plastic? What is the "aluminium"? What loading, temperature, exposure to water, relative movement of parts, rotating/sliding speeds, reciprocating etc etc ?

Relatively few "plastics" like mineral oils/greases much over long periods (exceptions are things like nylon (polyamides), delrin (acetals) etc), and silicone based lubes can be a safer bet.
