Pointy ohlins rear shock

Unsatisfied of my suspensions, I am looking for an ohlins rear shock to put on my 2k3 pointy SV.

SU323 (S46DR1) and SU606 (S46PR1CL1) would be both OK, price to define.

Hi,
I have a S46PR1C2LS (http://www.ohlins.com/Templates/Pages/TypeCode/TypeCode.aspx?typecode=S46PR1C2LS) for sale. It's a SU 347 in VERY good shape. Actually, it's almost mint. Would fit both 1st gen and 2nd gen SV650 tnaks to the height adjustment.
Currently fitted with a 9 kg/mm spring (would be perfect for a 80 kg rider).

I believe this will be quite out of my budget, and I am not sure it would fit 2nd gen SV "out of the box", I have never seen this reference before.

Was it mounted on SV ?

And if so, Did you have to cut battery box to fit the shock ?
