I do my completion today. Woohoo. I'm moving into a 1-bed ground floor (conversion) victorian terraced house with a fair sized garden. Yay!!!!

I've been living in London since 1997 (Except for my time-out last year) and it's only now with this recession that I've been able to afford to buy my own pad. Obviously the bank owns a fair chunk of it!

It's in Hither Green & there's one of those plaques on the front of it because someone famous used to live there. Now I know what you're all thinking - the only famous person to live in Hither Green, except for yours truly, is Jimi Hendrix. Alas no. He lived elsewhere. Apparently some socio-economic reformer called MacMillan (or McMillan?) Woz ere first.

Anyways, woohoo. I have no furnishings except for a foldable chair with-inbuilt-cup/beer holder that I bought 2 days ago at Robert Dyas and a Spork. My bed is the camping mattress I took on my trip last year and my sleeping bag. As for TV - well, I'll look out of a window.

Oi, you cant be just moving to Hither Green Willy Nilly. You need to gain permission from the Local Gang (Namely Selkent). Are you south or north of the railway?

Ah congrats on growing up and joining th oldies in property ownership. I assume you're gonna arrange a housewarming party sometimes soon and invite everyone over on their bikes to freak your new neighbours out.
