What a gorgeous day, spent the morning on the lanes then a BBQ with the folks watching the Bournemouth air show participants fly back and forth over the solent, even saw the Vulcan, twice!!!:smt081

We were BBQing in the back garden but the planes went over the front, by the time I ran through the house all I managed to get were a couple of fuzzy shots of the Vulcan:(

Awesome to watch though...

Much nicer weather than we had here, while laning. Was in 4x4 though, DRZ stayed home.

Nah, I figure the ADV is a bit like David Schwimmer - handsome in an ugly kind of way:cool:

Mike - would the lanes of Wales be worth a weekend trip? wouldn't mind coming up to see you guys before the year is out and perhaps go exploring - the lanes on the island aren't that big, you could probably do them all in a day...

:D - and I mean I have a good route available. You got knobblies or 'adventure' tyres? Not sure from photos.

Currently got the stock scorpions on there as they work fine for road and dry lane use

Somewhere along the line a set of proper off road tyres will be finding their way onto the bike for the tougher off roading...
