Well he was in the magistrates court last week, 2 charges :-

Affray - unlawful violence
Section 47 - assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He has pleaded not guilty and the case adjourned until 18th December.

I always thought he was not the brightest spark in the box. Does he actually think he can do a Steve Gerrard?

I can only hope that he continues his denials and due process takes place with appropriate sentencing.

don't they weight the scentance with a further 30% if you please not guilty then found guilty or is that you just get a 30% reduction if you please guilty?

Do you not have someone or many that can reap great vengance upon him?

I get fed up of people asking "has he been in court yet?", at least I can now answer that question.

Is it mean of me to hope he continues and promotes himself up to the crown court with their sentencing powers?

Good enough, I hope the magistrate throws the book at him for wasting their time as well as being a cowardly cnut :smt072

sorry to be pessimistic but i wouldnt hold your breath, we had a little chap who suggested the the judge go and do something inappropriate with his mother and he got a grand total of about 2 days...

fingers crossed for a good result :reaper: (been dying to use that one)

Thanks for the update Tim, i'm glad he's going for not guitly so he gets a bigger sentence when the weight of evidence against him is shown. The muppet!

Good luck Tim, violent people are filth and I hope that he causes the maximum amount of revulsion in the Judge, take care though and don't get too upset when the time comes.

Yep that's right.

Blooomin long time to wait though.

I look forward to the next installment.

Perhaps he'll have an unfortunate accident with a double decker bus in the mean time :smt063

I agree with the sentiment mate

But i'd rather he met the bus after his sentance has been passed.

The courts take their to do anything, I know that having cases taking a long time to go through.

Sit tight and see what happens, karma will catch up one day it sounds cold comfort but the past does have a habit of catching up with us all. He may very well get what he really desevres however you may never be there to see it.

I was lucky enough to hear first hand karma catching up with someone I really hate; I laughed and had a drink job done. Move on is the best thing thing I can suggest.
