View Full Version : Curvy Rear Sub-frame and race seat unit
Seat unit is unpainted and unused. I think I got it from A16 road and race.
Subframe is the standard SV one but has been modified to fit the seat unit (some brackets and lugs have been chopped off).

£35 - needs picking up from Cambridge area.
This is still cluttering up my garage!
Anyone?
Have you got any photos of this on the bike?
Does it raise the seat at all? I know some people change the subframe to raise the rear a bit...

Sorry, I can't find any photos of it on the bike (and I don't have an SV anymore so can't take any).
It doesn't change the seat height - it uses the standard seat in the standard position. The only modification to the subframe is chopping various lugs off so the seat unit slides onto it.
My, that's a nice yellow bike you have there Skov, don't suppose you have a yellow fuel tank cluttering your garage as well by chance do you by chance? :-)

It is indeed, everyone knows yellow is the best/fastest :D
I did have a spare tank but you're about 6 months too late, sorry!
story of my life at the moment :-) Thanks for the reply though

hello there,
I'll have it off you but I'll need you to post it please if that's ok. Work out a price and let me know.
Thankyou
Hi mate i will give you the 35 and postage if still for sale ?
Would rather someone came and picked it up if possible.
If not I'll look into shipping costs when I'm back at work in the new year.

Hello there,
I definitely want it and will pay the appropriate postage. I'm sorry to put you to the trouble of going to the post office but I'm unable to collect.
Best wishes

I'm guessing it'll cost less than £20 to post so would £55 be acceptable. I'm turning mine into a race bike and this would definitley be helpful.
Best wishes and happy new year

Sorry I've been really busy of late, and just haven't had the time to package it up, get it weighed etc (which is why I'd rather someone just came and took it away...).
I'm heading out of the country for a few days next week, so probably won't get a chance to do anything with it any time soon.
