My SV1000S. 12500miles, full Suzuki history and virtually unmarked.

Bought with 4400miles on the clock, ridden to the Assen GP and then to Modena. I then used it for touring around Italy for two years with the girlfriend as I work out there. (Had to split my time between the UK, work, mountain biking and the motorbike hence the relatively small mileage done for being in such a great area).
Have now run into problems with the insurance (due to working there and not just being on holiday) so the bike is not going to get any use. I have been told the odd weekend I have in the UK cannot be spent on the bike. Used twice since march unfortunately.
Doesnt really need to go but I thought I would offer it on sale here so a fellow SVer can enjoy it.

Best spec and colour for a thou:

Black on black.
Suzuki Lowers.
Black Belly pan included.
Single seat conversion. (original seat and rail included)
Viper cans. Also with BS inserts. (Originals included)
Power Commander recently rolling roaded.
Black Hugger.
Black Undertray.
Clear Alternatives rear light.
Flush front indicators.
Side lights converted to indicators.
Oxford LED rear number plate light.
7x5 plate with full size included.
Fabbri dark double bubble screen.
Pyramid fenda extenda
R&G crash bungs.
R&G Fork bungs.
R&G Swingarm bobbins.
Suzuki top yoke protector.
Michelin Pilot Road 2CTs.
Black headlamp covers.

Probably some other bits and pieces too. It has the original sale folder, the keyring, both original keys and about 11months MOT left.

A great do it all bike, I have done 880miles in 1 day on this bike with full Givi rack and panniers and it still did 49mpg. It has been well travelled from the Misano MotoGP to virtually every pass in northern Italy and not had the slightest problem.

£3400.

Oh, apologies for the pics they are the finest my Nokia can produce.

Also, as I said I used it for touring around Italy. For this I have a RH dip headlight unit as it is a nightmare riding at night with no idea where the edge of the road is. (in italy the road still blended into the field) And also a Givi rack with a 2 helmet top box and the narrow 21 litre panniers. These still allow a decent width for filtering.

Can discuss these separately if the bike goes.

Wont sell them if I still have the bike as I will still want to use them.

Ivan , I am interested in the panniers , I already have a Givi top box and rack on my 650 , and I reckon the panniers fit both bikes . So first dibs on them if you sell the bike without them :)

Have just realised the insurance is due in a month or so.

What I will save not insuring it to sit in the garage for another year can be negotiated off the price.

Bumping to the top as the snow is clearing and I am off back to Italy soon.
