We went upto Scotland last week to visit Kitkats parents and thought we would take a nice bottle of wine up for dinner one night but we forgot to take it with us.

So tonight we decided to open it and have a glass each, we have finished the bottle and then decided to open the other bottle we had bought. Now we'ree both feeling a bit on the squiffy side.

What was it we were drinking well the first bottle which is now finished was Rose Petal wine and the second bottle is spiced Mead kitkat had about half a glass and i've had 2. Lovely to drink :drink::drink:

Any one else drink slightly strange stuff?

I once drank stuff call green chartrouse or something.......

I then had to be collected by my mother and was sick in her car....opps!

It was one of those drunken states where inside your head you are perfectly aware of what is going on but your body just won't work!

haha, you know me too well.

here you go..
this uber-sweet cream liqueur for a change of pace. I discovered this while living in Spain, and although its uses are somewhat limited, and it is shockingly sweet, I developed a taste for it. It does indeed taste like the dessert for which it is named, which is basically an even sweeter version of creme brulee with some citrus in it (it almost tastes like butterscotch, actually). On the positive side, this stuff is almost as smooth coming up as it was going down...
List that features this:
Borderline Alcoholism
For people who like:
alcohol, Bailey's, cocktails, cream, Crema Catalana, licor, liqueur, Melody

the oak leaf is surprisingly good, has a nice warm afterglow..

really nice down to earth people. turned up at a camping spot (not a camp site btw) we were pitched at. it started pouring down when they were just pitching tent so got their kids and mum in the caravan then helped the dad put the tent up. once they got organised they came round the camp fire at night with a few of their bottles.. what a nice merry night that was....

BTW i think asda sell them...
