The radio cassette player in my works van always resets the radio station to classic fm if a tape is played on it and then ejected, so I sometimes leave it on and listen for a while. Sh*t I'm getting old.

Wheels of Steel by Saxon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJKCM33jyq8).

My best male friend Pauly and I always try really hard to get it played in Rock Clubs, just to see the kids react to it. It is such a cheesy song and yet because of that, it is an absolute classic Rock song. :D

I am a dirty bee-atch! :smt100

Listening to Wagner while I w..

..oh I see.

Er- dunno. I've got a Robbie W*ll**ms CD. It's not my fault. My last winter at HMV (7 years hard labour- had to get out before Xmas or I'd have hung myself!). I was desensitized, right? Saturation and all that.

I'm sorry. It won't happen again.

Larger Than Life - Backstreet Boys

I remember saying when that was first released that if it was played on overdriven guitars that it would seriously rock.

Wheels of Steel by Saxon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJKCM33jyq8).

Why be embarrassed by Saxon? Excellent band.

I have to admit to having Picture This by Wet Wet Wet in my collection. Now that IS embarrassing.

But you have to admit that they have had more than one ultra cheesy rock anthem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kngSCGDvB6c&feature=PlayList&p=345440C65FE14ACE&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=7)?

Neil Diamond is a cracking songwriter and has a great voice.

However, I don't have any of his work in my collection... (maybe in 20 years or so!)

A few repeats, but yes to:
Neil Diamond - brilliant lyrics, from the heart
Petshop Boys - keep meaning to buy some of that
Dolly Parton - 9-5 - Yes, I have danced to that, but it was a g@y club so had to be done (not as good an excuse as I first thought, me thinks)
They Might be Giants - Make a little birdhouse - one of the all time greats, will not hear a bad word against it.

Carly Simon - You're So Vain - has been kicking round my head for the last few months. Only when I was forced to watch chick-flick 'How to lose a guy in 10 days' did I realise the extent of my sinning. OMG!!!.... I just realised that 'Islands in the Stream' has been hiding away in my head too.

2 great songs! What IS worrying is that you're watching movies like "How to lose a guy in 10 days"

I'd also like to add - Sheena Easton - My Baby Takes The Morning Train :)

The thing is that we were sat on the sofa and the film comes on, and the remote is like... a good 2 feet away... and I thought I could get a few brownie points by 'letting' the OH watch it. Probably didn't help that I spent most of the film saying 'you do that'.

Jethro Tull...
That's not a guilty secret - nowt wrong with a bit of Tull.

Considering I'm generally a rock/metalhead, the ones of mine that first spring to mind are:
Bonnie Tyler, esp. Holding out for a hero, Faster than the Speed of Light
The Corrs
Enya or Clannad (always helps a Sunday morning hangover)
and does anyone remember Transvision Vamp?

Perhaps not quite as shameful, I'm also partial to a bit of the Prodigy or the Chemical Brothers.
