New Rear Shock?

Which one is best, i weight about 13 stone, 14 with gear.

There is a fairly cheap GSXR assuming 600 shock for sale on hear?

There is one on fleebay, GSXR 1000 k5 for £100? I wondered if it would be an easier swap as it is the same year?

£100 is mad expensive for a GSXR shock. I bought one for £30.
