2.)Rear brake does light up breaklight(so it cant be the bulb)
3.) i have checked that the switch is working at the leaver (it works)
does the front and rear break have individual bulbs? Maybre one of the bulbs has blown?

They dont have individual bulbs. How did you check the switch? Check the fuses (take the seat off). Also check the wiring from the sitch, see if it hasnt broken somewhere.

The switch disintegrates on the inside. They're cheap and easy to replace, just take what tools you need with you.

i checked with a multimeter connected to the two terminals that stick out of the accelerator/front brake caseing. I had it on the beep setting and it went beep when i pulled the lever so the switch must be fine.
Non of the 5 fuses under the seat are blown.
Must be a break in the wire? BUT i cant find where the two wires go from when they leave the accelerator/front brake caseing. The two wire are red/black and blue/black.
I hate electrical problems:smt093
ps. I made a link between the two wire that go into the accelerator/front brake caseing thing and this should active the brake light. I did this because this is all that the switch is doing. (closeing the circuit)

I have the same issue on my 02. These electrical problems are a pain but also could be very dangerous. Please advise on how to find out the problem. One could take a fine sandpaper and just make sure it is making the correct connection.
