RIP - For me I will remember him in Point Break, an underated but great movie. Must have watched it more than 30 odd times as a kid - Even re-ennacted with a mate the famous seen where Keanu can't shoot his "Buddy" (since re-done in hot fuzz).

Better still was the drama series "North and South" before be became really famous. That was class
Seemed like a decent, unassuming sort of guy. RIP.

:-(
So sad. I'll remember him for all of his films and "the walk" The bit in Dirty Dancing where he fights, then walks backwards to baby.......that good old "post fight" walk with the arms out to the side, chest out....lol.
"you're not worth it"
"YOU'RE NOT WORTH IT"
Oh....and the bit where he kicks the post out of the ground and smashes the window of his car.....classic!
Bye bye Patrick. Married for over 30 years, lived on a ranch and bred Arab horses for years, avoiding the limelight.....we need more like him!

He was a brilliant actor.
Just such a shame to see cancer has taken yet another person away from their loved ones.
Thoughts to his family and friends.

Is it too early to ask Whoopie Goldberg if she's heard anything from him yet?
RIP fella, 57 is way too young for anyone to go.

That had me in stitches!
Shame about this - Roadhouse kept me and my housemates entertained endlessly.
TBH, I thought he was going to live forever - afterall, nobody puts baby in the coroner.

I typed (and deleted) on a number of occasions yesterday
"I bet Whoopi Goldberg is crapping herself" but couldn't bring myself to post it - thanks Loz :)

Considering his age and benefits of his life style it reminds me of how mortal I am and glad I am still here.
