from your other post why dont you just go on ebay and buy sv650 25mm lowering links... simples.

remember that its 25mm at the tail not the seat. to bring the seat height down as well you need to drop the front but you can only go 15mm MAX at the front. to get 25mm at the seat you use 40mm lowering links.

been there, seen it, done it......

Yes, know about dropping the front (but confusing it with changing to a 70% tyre) How much do 25mm 'bones lower the seat by? And do you know the length of them? I might make them.

dont try and make them its easier to just buy them besides there is a fair bit of pressure on the links.

25mm i would guess would drop the seat by around 10-15mm.

how tall are you?

Not me.... 5'3" partner. Simple to make.... 6mm bar. It's an option.

I made my own for my gen1 Dog bones, ratio on gen 1 is almost linear 3:1. 10mm longer is 30mm drop. I fitted a slightly shorter shock and needed a shorter dogbone to raise and restore the height.
