Help... :smt100
OK folks, this is a long shot, but would any of you know how I can use a Three Network USB mobile broadband gadget into a lap top using Ubuntu?
The gadget is a mobile broadband device made by Huawei, model E1550
I can plug it in to the USB port and it is recognised, but it does not run or access the network. :geek:
Any ideas? I can't go postal on it :smt068 , because it is my friend's computer and gadget and I am trying to help her to sort it out.
I have had a quick look on the Synaptic package manager, but can't see anything obvious.
Cheers net nerds, I knew you would not laugh too much at me... :smt036
