Hi All,
I’m looking for some advice on some bits for my SV650S K3. I recently had a fight with a truck and guess who came off worse.
I’m looking for the Full Fairing, sides and top (around the light) and the sub frame for holding the front fairing.
Iv looked all over for these parts with out any luck other than from my local Suzuki dealer who is real expensive.
Also dose anyone know of any upgrade fairing (a Body Kit) or something just a bit different.
Cheers

Not 100% about aftermarket, but is this a pointy or late reg curvey?
Put something up in the wanted section of the forum and maybe have a look at the for sale section (can't spot anything there at the moment though)

Hi,
Yeah its the curvy model.
I would prefer to buy something new, my bike was immaculate befor the incident but il keep looking in the for sale section just incase something pops up.

i recently have just had to buy the same parts as you and trust me when i say you don't want brand new, the parts brand new are rediculously overpriced for what they are, in the end after 2 weeks of forum searching and ebaying i have all the bits i need except a radiator so your best bet is to wait and you will get some good deals

I don’t mind getting used for the sub frame and other bits and bobs I need but I would like new fairing, the insurance is going to pay so I want it like new.
I was gutted iv only had the bike four months and it was a total bargain, low mileage and not a single mark any where I couldn’t believe it when found it. Now it’s a pile of bits in my workshop!
you could try this place for an body kit, http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/pc18.html

oh if the insurance is paying, don't blame ya, i was quoted £190+VAT for new upper fairing alone
they sell the sv upper and lower fairings seperate.

I’m still looking for some fairings. The best price iv found so far is:
Lower fairing set - £390.00
Front Fairing (light fairing) - £200.00
Can anyone point me in the right direction to a good shop, I think these prices are still very high.
Cheers
