If you get stuck, try a Harris GSXR1000 k1-k3 fairing bracket. Usually go for 30-40quid on ebay. Just need to file out the mounting holes a little bit.

No probs. After binning a Vortex fairing bracket that cost £125 this was a much cheaper option and they bend back into shape quite easily when the need arises.
