Right a year after finishing my GSXR K6 front end conversion, I’ve got around to clearing out the shed and selling my standard front end.
To include: Front wheel,spindle,2 discs,2 callipers, braided hoses, master cylinder and reservoir, brake lever, lower and upper triples, stem bearings, front fender (mud guard) pyramid fender extender, forks. Speedo sensor, but I have cut the wires to use on the GSXR conversion .clip on’s
Just before the change over, the front callipers where striped and overhauled with new seals and rubbers (genuine Suzuki parts) and pads (H&H). The front forks had new Hagon progressive up rated springs and heavy weight oil.
Picture shows wheel and tyre, but the tyre is shot, and i have had it removed to ease postage.
Few marks on the fender and wheel, (so don’t expert “perfect”) but even after a year in my shed, still clean up nice and shiny.
£360 collected from Fordingbridge (near Salisbury) or Swanwick (near Southampton) or will post at cost.
For an extra £50 i will include a brand new Michelin Pilot Sport

I’ll try it on ebay for a week, if not sold I put the separate parts on here.

This thread has just reminded me of a very wierd dream i had last night. I'd left my bike parked up somewhere safe and when i returned to it i noticed nothing weird about it...until i rode off and the front wheel kept lifting off the ground by a few inches under gentle acceleration.

I was concerned cos i dont (read cant) do wheelies so i pulled up to have a look at it. Turned out someone had taken the entire front end off my bike and replaced it with the front end off a mountain bike and gone to the trouble of reconnecting the throttle, brake, clutch cables etc.

Was it you? Did you steal ths front end off my bike in my dreams. WTF is going on with that dream????

Anyhoo, ignore all that, just all came flooding back to me when i looked at this thread just now for the first time.
