Hi folks , took my wheels off today to take them in to get new tyres , decided to pre treat some stuff before winter and de-gunked the Speedo Drive Rotor . I only went and dropped the bugger on the floor and it shattered , does anyone have one for sale at all ? I checked on Robinsons Foundry and saw how much a new one was and gulped at the price .

If this is just the rotor, and not the whole drive assembly, it's part #17 on the diagram - and is just shy of £11 from the dealership.

If it's the one I'm thinking, it's the metallic/plastic tube with four prongs that sit against the wheel, one end has a smear of grease on it. I've just bought one from Bill Smiths within the last week - but that's going on another bike.

The one with 4 tabs on it Baph , it`s a ferrous composite I think , they are £20 and extortionate from Robinsons Foundry , was hoping a racer on here had one knocking about .

Yup, that's the part I'm talking about (I actually have it with me today in fact!!). Bill Smiths took about 3 days to get it in, and it was £10 odd. A&D should be able to order it too.

Hmm, A&D was more expensive than Bill Smiths then. But perhaps they added postage charges on to it (a little cheeky though if they have). My total order from Bill Smiths was around £26 - and one nut alone that I ordered was £11!! So maybe postage was waived for me as I was paying more?

Cheers for the heads up Sally but I bought a brand new one as I can`t hang around waiting for one to come up , should have it tomorrow .
