i was/still sorta of planning to fix my bike but the cost is now racking up and i noticed some nice sv's on here going for quite cheap so is anyone interested in a crashed SV.

Details

2005 SV650S
Candy Grand Blue
Crashed at 50 MPH
I (think and i no expert) that the forks are very slightly bent

i have bought 2nd hand parts of the following

Radiator
Radiator Fan
Front Fairing
Front indicator
Exhuast

it has the headlight unit but 3 of 4 of the fixtures are broke but the lights do work, the engine works and everything just needs the parts fitted on.

i know you are supposed to say a price but i have no clue what to sell it for but i am mainly after enough to atleast help towards another SV as i still love em.

don't really know enough to break it, i would literally break it and not sure how much i'd get if i break it, on average how much would someone get from selling it all seperately?

Breaking is never as easy as it sounds.

How much might you want for the bike. I'm not lookinhg to buy it but might help with pointers....whatever you decide to do.

Cheers

To be honest mate I would suggest putting some better descriptions and photos on your post. A discription of the damage, if it is recorded with the insance company etc.

Hope that helps, don't know too much about it myself but i know from looking at your thread I can't really tell what condition the bikes in. Perhaps some one will be able to give a guide price then.

if you go thru a few pages of that thread some whole pic of the bike are available and i didn't go to my insurance compny with it as they'd rape me in premium next time round. but any questions feel free to pm and i'll answer all of them honestly and i can try get pics of her current state if needed.

If you have all those parts isn't it nearly fixed? It doesn't seem to add up that if you sold a broken bike you'd be able to buy a non-broken one cheaper?

Just asking! If the frame's fine and since you've left yourself vulnerable to stupid offers I'll offer £600 and a 36 pack of jaffacakes
