Not rang Dave yet as thought it was tooo late to ring him, when I got back yesterday. We'd be speaking tonight.

About damage, all I need really is everything off the forks minus the bottoms and stanchions.

The stanchions are bent but not creased (I did several '000 miles on them as they are). The rest is what I'd consider 'normal' for a K5. I could take some photos.
To be clear though they are from a Pointy, whereas your original post is about a Curvy.

Yup, I know yours are from a Pointy. I'm just thinking ahead(a few years ahead lol)...might get a Pointy :eek: lol

I see....
:rolleyes:well I have two perfect fork bottoms ....and 2 snapped fork legs.
