Bike Temperature?

Hi all,

Quick question....what should my K5 SV be running at temperature wise?

Lowest I've seen is approx 85 degrees but other day it ran up to 106. I know it depends on if you're sat in traffic etc but what is the lowest and highest temp as a general rule?

106 in this weather?? The highest mine has been is 104 and that was stuck in traffic in one of the hottest days in Summer!

Mine tends to sit at 80-90 as an average I'd say when at running temp.

Mine's been at 108 (in this weather) I'm in London most days, and I don't worry about it as long as the fan kicks in. Taking weather into account also depends on where you are - this is a www forum and the weather in London, for instance, will differ from those in Scotland, Australia or the USA. My bikes been up to 110 before. HTH. Chin

Think the owners manual says start to worry when the temp gauge reads 120 degrees or higher.
