I think i got a fairly big appetite, today:

bowl of cereals
2x bags of those fridge raiders
6x sausage rolls
2x cheese and ham sarnys
2x hula hoops

and the days not out. Am i alone?

Yes all i have had is a bowl of porridge this morning and I've just eaten an apple! That will be it until tonight!

Apple for breakfast, left over tuna pasta for lunch and a bag of crisps.

2 slices of toast and a brew for brekkie
2 small choccy biscuits with another brew and a pack of chrisps
2 smallish baps packed out with yummy cheese!

6 sausage rolls man! that's loads, you will be knackered this aft

Oi....you're heading towards a telling off from your .org mum!

Eat a better brekkie, better lunch and eat less at dinner......eating like that is MAKING your body want to store energy as fat....so you might lose weight, but it will be fluids and muscle before fat.

Eat more hun....please xxx

mmm just had a bacon & mushroom & cheese melt, with proper thick tasty bacon & nice soft bread, lightly toasted so crispy on the outside :love:
I'm going the other way from you Gavin, quality over quantity.

Ran out of Fruit & Fibre this morning, so I popped to the canteen and had scrambled egg on toast for breakfast.

Brown baguette with chicken & red pepper for lunch, then out on the bike for an hour.

Chocolate brownie from the cake trolley this afternoon (only on Thursday fortunately)

Off to the supermarket this evening to get something healthy for dinner and a big box of Fruit and Fiber.

Got a cold, can't taste much so just two purple nutty ones from a tin of Quality Street and a slice of birthday cake. I realise that this is not a very balanced diet.

Went to kfc last friday(i know you like it;))bought an 11.99 family feast for tea, my other half & 2kids had some............

mine ended up being....
3 pieces of chicken
1 portion of chips
2 corn on the cob
1 pint of pepsi
& a mini fillet burger as a cheeky little extra=P~

not to mention the rest of the days intake:)
