This is not a perfect car and there are a few bad bits, which explains why the price is low. In perfect condition this car would sell easily for £1995 (look on eBay or autotrader to find another like this and you'll see!).
Bad bits are:
Vandal scratch on drivers side. No rust here as it has not broken the paint, just the lacquer. This happened a year ago or so and I haven't bothered to fix it as it's not gone rusty.
Scuff on front n/s corner of the bumper.
A couple of small dinks, no broken paint so could be repaired easily.
Noisy clutch release bearing. This would cost about £70 for the part and approx 2 hours to fit. Total cost at a local garage should be approximately £150. This does NOT affect the drive, the clutch itself is still perfect, no slipping or other problems
To fix all the bad bits and make the car mint would not take much time or money, but as is the vehicle is a usable, well specced vehicle for sensible money, and will go another 100K easily.
