No because they were still filming Brighton Rock there today. Mods and rockers, so there were a few period bikes. I managed to grab a few snaps before production company heavies shoved me out the way.

Whoever named the Speed Twin should have been prosecuted under the Trades Descriptions Act along with the man responsible for the Skoda Rapide

I noticed that the Tax disk's on all the bikes ran out in March or May 1964...

Yet that bottle of water on the rear fender was not availible unill the late 1990's / 2000's .....

Ah, eastbourne, home of the hold and frail

I really like riding from brighton to eastbourne along the coastal roads; going up along beachy head is always fun but its silly bumpy

The Seven Sisters bit of that trip is very picturesque.

Eastbourne is highly under-rated. It does not have the anti-social behavious problems that Brighton has and you don't have to watch for needles whenever you walk on the beach!

very true :D I'm happy to park up on the seafront (there is a very generous sized bike parking bay) and go for a wander. I'm not so happy in brighton doing that...I wasnt even that keen when I had a scooter that I didnt care too much about.
