If your not putting MOT and Tax on, might have to drop the price?

I want about £2800.
Then why ask
Put it up for £2,800 and see what interest you get for it. Now you've asked, a potential buyer may see this thread :(

I payed 2600 for my K5 - 06 plate with 1021 miles on 4 months Ago.
Naked though with a Scorpian Street Extreem/Belly pan/ Tidy Tail / Mini Idys / Carbon Hugger/beowulf rad and oil cover / pillion solo seat.
i would say around 2500 would be a good selling price advertise for around 2800 and let them haggle down.

think you'll be looking at about 2500-2600 -otr sameish spec your talking 5100 new so yours is a good buy for someone
Put in in for £2950, and be prepared to haggle down to a minimum of say £2700.
Never put it up for sale for what you exactly want for it..

What price?
£2500-£3000... Same for the RSV's to be fair! Strange that the more reliable Aprilia's are cheaper than the break down more than you can remember Ducati's of the same age!

One of these (http://img.alibaba.com/photo/11094149/2005_Aprilia_RSV_1000_R.jpg) for 2500? show me where :) I quite like the look of the rsv's (http://image.superstreetbike.com/f/9015117+w750+st0/0509_13_z+2005_aprilia_mille_rsv_r+side.jpg). Bit much for me right now though tbh...

Bad time of the year to sell.By all means put it up for sale and don't sell below the price you want, this is not necessarily the asking price. If you can afford to hold on to it you will probably get a quicker sale and decent price in the Spring.
Bad time to be selling as there are so many extremely low mileage bikes about for silly money, plus 0% deals on new or for 08 models
