The missus and the kids have taken a shine to pizza hut cookie dough desert. Now as this is costing me a small fortune i/we were wondering if theres a very similar home made recipe out there? what is their secret?

Just Google it! There are thousands of recipes. To make them "set" less than regular biscuits, add a drop of vegetable oil.

If any of the guys from central belt/south Scotland come on, they will explain why you should not say this...

So no cooking required...

I will get back to you with more info in a few minutes as

a) I have one of these deserts due to arrive in the next few minutes, so having sampled it I will be in good position to comment

and

b) I have some friends over from the US at the moment and I will get a cookie dough reciple from them :p

I have American workamtes with nice wives.

Thanks for the info so far. I tried to get a hold of someone at my schools career office but no luck. Anyone else have something I could try?
