I recognised the voice but thought the Physique was too skinny to be him , must have been from a few years ago then .

Yup, Its years old now!
I think its from nitro circus 2 but cant remember as the pastrana films are all pretty much the same.
A better clip would be one of the firework fight (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSYZ5PkGaZI) they had or even the " trying to jump a moving car with a ramp built over it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZJXk8I6duM&feature=related)"...
