Keep an eye out for Mr Bluepete and familly! We were there whilst they tested it, but missed Mr May by an hour or so. Shame really, I would love to have met him, he seems like such a decent bloke!

Damn that was cool! I must find my set..
I saw it and want an original meccano set now!
Next weeks looks good, a very massive scaletrix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What you just saw condensed into an hour was, for us, two and a half intense months of blood (meccano eats finger tips), sweat (it was the middle of summer) and tears (well you all saw the bridge fall from the crane).
But it was a very special experience and something which we are all so very proud of.

Do you want me to tell her she has a stalker on a motorbike forum? You never know she may be flattered...
Judging by the way you've spelt her name, you've certainly been upto some top notch facebook stalking ;).

who is this chick you guys keep going on about? I'm confuddled now.
ANyway the lego house was ace! I'd love to live in their....with proper bed and utensils in the kitchen tho, lol.
And the bit at the end with the bog was well funny.
If they wanted to make things like sinks and cups watertight tho it would have only needed a small amount of silicon sealant between the bricks. Means you can still pull em apart later as well.
I think that would have cheating in May's eyes. However, the Lego goblets had a cling film lining- still a bugger to drink from without pouring Oz Clarke's finest red wine all down your front though!
