Sunday 6th December 2009
"As usual the run will start in Ballygowan at 1pm, heading to Sprucefield, then Custom House Square and finishing off at the Ulster Hospital. As usual it's a fiver per bike and a toy if you can manage it, we know things are tight this year so if you can't it's ok.
All proceeds and toys will be donated to the Childrens Ward. We hope to see you all there, we are all looking forward to it! (no soft toys for hygeine reasons please)
Also we have been asked by the hospital to ask that anyone who has recently had swine flu or has been in contact with anyone with it, if they could not attend due to children being at such a high risk of infection."
