How loud are these? definatley not road legal?

I've just bought my first bike, 1999 sv650, and would like these to go on it but i'm not sure if i want something that scares grannies and makes children cry loud

i never got pulled with them and they run quite at low revs.only when you open it up, it sounds really nice ;)
