Are they better than the norm, I see from http://www.wairbag.com/newfiles/ourjackets11.html you can now have an under coat airbag, is it worth the money at all? what if it doesn't go off? do they have additional padding in?

Mine is just as good as any textile jacket - elbow armour & I wear a back protector as well, plus it has the airbag as well.
Is it worth it? - depends how much you have to spend on the jacket & how much you appreciate a soft landing
